Your Questions Answered

Welcome to CrossPointe Church. We realize that checking out a new church can be a very intimidating thing. Even the most confident of people can easily become timid when it comes to visiting a new church. At CrossPointe, we want to help alleviate some of that potential uneasiness. Though we can’t answer every question, the following is intended to give you a sense of what CrossPointe Church is about.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT TIME ARE THE SERVICES?

We worship every Sunday at 10:00 AM. We offer both in-person worship services and live-streamed services.

Directions

Our services are live-streamed here.

HOW LONG IS THE SERVICE?

Our services generally last about 60-70 minutes with worship, teaching, and weekly celebration of the Lord’s Table.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

In Florida we go to church casual. The pastor typically wears jeans and button down shirt and you will see some dressed up and others in shorts and flip-flops.

WHAT IS THE MUSIC LIKE?

We have a band with multiple instruments. Our music selection ranges from historic hymns to modern worship songs in culturally diverse styles.

WHAT ARE THE SERMONS LIKE?

We believe the Bible is God’s word so we typically preach through books of the Bible and examine how these eternal truths apply to our lives today. Sermons are typically 30-45 minutes in length.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

We have children’s church for kids aged birth to sixth grade. You will check your child in before the service through an easy and secure check-in process. The Nursery through Pre-K open before the service and we encourage families to worship together during our initial worship set with your older children. The pastor will release the older kids (K-6th) before the sermon. All our children’s ministry volunteers are trained and background checked to provide a safe and fun environment for the children.

ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH A DENOMINATION OR NETWORK?

We are non-denominational but part of a network called Acts 29, which is a diverse, global family of churches planting churches. We are also part of The Gospel Coalition, a fellowship of evangelical churches in the Reformed tradition deeply committed to renewing our faith in the gospel of Christ and to reforming our ministry practices to conform fully to the Scriptures.
